I read an article recently (maybe linked from here?) showing a leaked list of developments that were deemed no longer robust enough to warrant financing at the prices that people had contracted to. It was in the hundreds, so potentially thousands of condo's.
Most were in Miami, some Lauderdale and few elsewhere up the East coast of FL.
Maybe a chance to pick up some cheap in the future, but not so good for folk who've bought off-plan and are coming up to completion.
