What will this do for Edinburgh prices? Currently with the large student population, prices are underpinned by demand. Will development dilute this foundation or is there demand going forward?

My opinion is, with a 3 year completion forecast for this project, it will be finished just as the market is likely to be on the upturn. Good timing, I think, to encourage both residential and commercial expansion. There is a strong demand in Edinburgh, as you say, and I think that will continue ... but perhaps PS members that live, work or invest in Edinburgh would like to put their views and opinions forward.
