Uk commercial property funds have seen a 40-50% fall in share price over the past year.
They have also had their assets revalued at 25-30% less.
There are certainly opportunities now in commercial property investment. I have recently invested into Segro which is becoming far more heavily invested in CEE and has a NAV way below its share price.
Residential property cannot be compared to commercial as it hasnt yet seen the huge falls and bottoming out that commercial property has seen this past year.
