Hi Jason - good to hear your feedback. Can you give some more details on the following.
-Who do you think the target market for rentals or resales are?
-Do you think this investment is a long term hold?
-How does it compare in your eyes to other Czech investments? (if you have done any others)

For what it is worth, I have invested in River Park, Forest Park as well as white tower. I view River Park as a long term hold, Forest Park I will probably look to sell within a year or two of completion, and for White Tower I have not visited the site and formed any conclusions.
