Are any other Zelene investors getting hit for a 1997csk/mth common area service fee on top of their management fees? This seems expensive when you consider the number of units in the blocks. The amount is not all that far from my flat in Paris which has a concierge.....

Greg. I haven't been charged this but then service charges are usually paid by tenants in Czech so I understand. Has you unit(s) been vacant and is this why you have been charged?Nick
