I have just got back from a trip to Kosice and I have to say I was really impressed by the site of the development for Brewery Cassovar. Everything was exactly as you described it, the town is really beautiful and the location of the building is extremely central. I thought the show flat was good too, you did say the flats were going to be luxury but I had prepared myself for some dodgy flooring/bathrooms but there was quite a big selection of really quite nice stuff and all good quality (Villeroy & Boch, Hans Grohe etc.) It is a bit scary buying off plan, particularly when you haven't been to the town let alone the country but it was great to get there and see that you had been concise and honest about the deal, it certainly would make me feel a lot more relaxed another time.
