An expert in the industry who runs regular presentations & workshops, Alan has written for many leading publications & newspapers since starting his first property investment website nearly ten years ago. |

Daniel Peacock (Website Editor / Manager) daniel@propertysecrets.net Daniel has a long history in web-design & site running which dates back to 1999. An investor himself, Daniel has experience in Property Renovation & Maintenance – the pinnacle of his work shown on Channel 4’s Grand Design series in 2007. With an original background in sales, Daniel offers flexibility to the Property Secrets table whilst running one or two other freelance websites within the industry. |
Wayne Houghton (Portfolio Development Manager) wayne@propertysecrets.net Wayne has worked alongside Alan for over five years and has assisted investors from diverse backgrounds in building their portfolios not only in the UK but overseas, across Europe & the USA. He is an investor himself who targets properties with high yields that are affordable and advises regularly across the country holding one on one consultations and group presentations. |
James Organ (Property Development Manager) james@propertysecrets.net James has sold over 300 properties in little over three years as a Property Development Manager, helping new & existing investors build some fantastic portfolios. With his own ‘hands on’ (ave 53% LTV) property portfolio built up over 12 years averaging a very healthy cash flow- James is clearly passionate about property and enjoys working with others who enjoys his same passion. |

Luke is one of the newest members of the Property Secrets team having had 8 years experience selling property to investors across the Eastern Mediterranean. Formerly based out of Cyprus, Luke recently re-located to the UK where his role within this company is to assist with investors needs as Portfolio Development Manager. |

Richard Thomson (Scottish Property / Alternative Investments) richard@propertysecrets.net Richard first began sourcing high yielding BTL properties in Scotland in 2004 and now along with his own £3m portfolio has three core businesses in lettings which manage over 100 properties in the East of the country. As well as sourcing regular BMV deals, Richard has recently focused on Solar Energy Investing where he has become a pivotal part of our team. |

Suzanne joined the company in November 2007 after spending the previous six years working for a sub prime lender after eight years in the travel industry prior to that. Filling various roles within the property secrets team Suzanne deals with progression of completions from point of reservation to after sales working with investors & letting agents to mortgage brokers & solicitors. |

After starting work in a local supermarket as a Butchers Assistant straight from school, Genette soon realised it wasn't the career path for her and a change was needed. Having since worked mainly in the property industry for a couple of notable letting agents as administrator, assistant manager & property manager. Genette joined Property Secrets in early 2011 taking on the busy role of Client Service Manager. |
