Real profits for real investors - and are your Spanish investments in danger?
I'm pleased to say that the first real profits have been realised by some investors who bought property through Property Secrets and that provides the first hard data for other investors. You can find out more later on in this newsletter, but it's enough to say that an average doubling of investment has occurred! Now, that doesn't take into account commissions on sale, legal fees and eventual taxation - we can't possibly get that individual and private information - but it is still impressive.
For other investors this will prove to be cheering news, I'm sure.
Our Spain office, meanwhile, have sent us news that could potentially cause serious concern for you if you've invested on the Spanish coastline. A long standing law has actually been enforced over the last few years and your property could be at risk. Again, more below.
Need a mortgage quote for your Central & Eastern European investment?
Finally, I'd like to point you in the direction of a new service we have to offer. If you've invested in property in Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia or Bulgaria and require finance to complete your purchase then you can request a quote from any - or all - of our recommended partners in their respective countries using our online form.
So, for example, if you have propert in Warsaw completing soon then you can request a mortgage quote from Noble Bank using the form. Simply fill in all the required details and submit the form. Our partner will review the quote request and contact you shortly after with a quote and to discuss your options further. It really is that simple and saves you the effort of searching for a mortgage by phone.
Give it a try today.
Cheers

Unemployment continues to rise in Serbia and has been doing since the 1990s. A large and unmeasuered 'informal employment sector' exists, however, making it very difficult to accurately judge the 'real' level of employment.
