A new business and enhanced service for our members

At Property Secrets we are committed to helping our members to take advantage of what we believe to be the best investment opportunities around. This is why we will continue to invest our time and our resources in sourcing the best deals and providing you with detailed analysis of the markets in which we operate. The good news is that our members seem to like what we do - which is great!

However, we also recognise that we can’t sit still. We must ensure that we are constantly listening to our members and take the time to understand how we can improve our service.

As property investors ourselves, we recognise that one of the critical elements in successful investing is what happens after you have decided on your property. Making sure the paperwork is completed, finding the right mortgage and sourcing a tenant or buyer for your property is where your investment dream needs to turn into a financial reality.

In the past we have helped a number of our clients to address these issues through our Property Secrets team. However, as our business has grown and demand for post-sale service has increased, we have now taken the decision to expand our offering in this area and to invest significant resources in order to create a new business within our group dedicated to providing our clients with a market leading property fulfilment service.

The new business will be called i-PropertyAssets and from October 22nd will incorporate the existing Local Completion Services, the letting and management services and client service functions currently provided through Property Secrets. What’s more, i-PropertyAssets will also be looking to provide a mortgage assistance service, a resale service and provide our clients with the ability to monitor the performance of and outstanding actions on their property portfolio online.

What this does not do is affect what we do from a Property Secrets perspective. We will of course continue to provide our members with market insight, advice on growing their investment property portfolio and, of course, continue to source the very best investment opportunities.

Oliver Watts will be leading this new venture and you will be seeing additional communications around this over the coming weeks.

This is an exciting development for us and one which we believe will deliver significant value for our investors. I am sure you will join me in wishing Oliver and his team all the best for this new venture.
