Neptune Tower offers investors a rare opportunity to enter into the market of a major second tier city in Poland at a significant discount of 12% below market value.
After a period of high capital growth, the market in Poland’s cities is beginning to cool down in a natural re-adjustment that will prevent overheating in the long term. The focus, therefore, is turning to lesser known markets in second tier cities like Gdańsk, where growth has been more steady than spectacular recently.
