Latest hard data underlines investment success - and we're changing our name
Welcome to this week's newsletter. I'd like to start off by telling you of a change of name to Property Secrets' parent company, JoJaffa Ltd.
To better reflect our core values and underline our values - A Different View, A Better Answer - JoJaffa Ltd has been renamed Visium Group Ltd. Our commitment to providing high levels of insight, service and, ultimately, profitable opportunities for our clients remains the same.
And with that in mind, we have begun to publish the latest performance data for our investment deals - but this time we have some real rental and resale data, provided by i-PropertyAssets, giving a much more accurate indication on the sort of growth developments have enjoyed so far.
At the time of writing this newsletter, we have the data for Poland and the Czech Republic - see below for more details - with the rest to follow over the next couple of weeks.
