Romanian Property Week at Property Secrets (plus a new landlord survey)
 Yes, we took the decision to focus almost entirely on the Romanian property market over the last week or so. Why? Well, it's our experience that investors are still wary of this market, that it remains a relative unknown, it holds fears for even some of our most experienced investors.
The trouble is, if you're going to take full advantage of the price growth in Romania then the time is NOW!
Hence, Romania Week and a series of articles and blogs, in which we try to explode some of the myths, clarify the opportunities and make our case for it as one of, if not THE, best property investment location in Europe right now.
In addition, we have the results of a new survey of UK landlords which makes very interesting reading, and Rob Best gives us his Insider Guide to Surveys - essential for auction buyers.
Next Week:
Romanian Property Week has proved very popular with our members and some of the feedback we've had has been excellent - and very gratefully received! There have been several requests for a similar thing on the Czech Republic and, especially, Slovakia.
Therefore, we'll be focusing on these two countries next week with a view to providing fresh insight and analysis into these countries.
