 After our well received Romania and Czech / Slovak Property Weeks we're back in the UK and getting back to basics - we have a new blog from renovation expert Andy Stern called Doing It Up!. Andy has been investing in and renovating property for over 15 years, in London and on the continent. He is the editor of UK Landlord, the bi-monthly magazine published by the National Landlords Association, and founder of the Property Owners Directory.
Using all that knowledge and experience, he'll be giving you top tips and advice on the whole renovation project, from finding and buying the right property to "doing it up" and then selling. Priceless!
