SOLVED! The 10 most common buy to let problems
This week, Tony Booth returns with a couple of superb articles every landlord and UK investor should read - including how to solve the most common buy to let landlord problems. More below.
Regular readers of this newsletter will know that I have only been editing it for a couple of weeks now, but I had made it a basic rule that I wouldn't comment on any of the deals offered by Property Secrets unless I would invest in them myself - and that, basically, is determined by price and risk!
The latest deal, Vitosha Tulip in Sofia, is one such deal, however. It's price - with units starting from just under £80,000 - is pretty remarkable for a European capital these days. Even a Central & Eastern European one. Compare it to Prague, Warsaw or Bucharest and it looks a bargain. There are reasons for these differences, of course, but for someone looking to invest in this region for as little money down as possible, Vitosha Tulip is ideal.
The risk factor is also low in my opinion - a capital city like Sofia can only go one way, and so risk is much reduced. I think in a few years we'll see Sofia prices much closer to those in Warsaw, for example. So buying now could leave you with a healthy profit.
Before you ask "So will you be buying?", the answer is no, but that is down to my own personal circumstances and not the deal! I'd highly recommend taking a look, especially if you're slightly risk averse and wanting to invest in Central & Eastern Europe at as low a cost as possible.
Check it out.
You may have noticed that we launched our PS Premier service this week. If you're a high net worth investor looking to purchase a lot of property then this service could be exactly what you're looking for. Find out more here.
Cheers
