Average rent levels are falling in the UK - but the data is skewed by large numbers of new builds coming on stream - Tony Booth takes the pulse of the market

Landlords and letting agents throughout the UK are increasingly voicing concern about the rising propensity of illegal activities apparently being perpetrated by some tenants occupying rented properties.

Our experience from Polish cities shows us that only when property prices become widely unaffordable level and many would-be buyers are forced to rent, do rents start to rise strongly because of demand. This, of course, has a counter affect on capital growth rates.

The role is designed to support the origination and execution of property investment opportunities particularly in Central and Eastern Europe.

You will analyse, present and execute investment projects based on financial and market analyses. A key part of your role will be market and company specific research, building portfolio models and giving client presentations, as well as leading risk management analysis.

The ideal candidate will have been educated in finance, property or economics with significant exposure to a related sector. You will have excellent communication skills and strong Excel financial modelling capabilities. The candidate must be willing to travel on occasions to Europe and further a field.
