What will spark the next property boom - and where? We have the answers
Welcome to this week's newsletter and my apologies for the recent lack of an introduction recently, but due to holidays and workload, it's been a bit of a struggle round here! Normal service has now been resumed you'll be pleased to know.
So what's new at Property Secrets? In the last month and a half or so, we've been working hard on producing new half yearly reports on market performance. Designed first and foremost for Property Secrets clients to provide them with up to date information on the performance of their investments, these reports will be made available throughout July to our investors free of charge. Property Secrets members will be given the opportunity to purchase them at a cost yet to be decided.
The reports contain detailed analysis of the current markets in which Property Secrets have offered investment opportunities (Warsaw, Krakow, Bucharest, Bratislava and a whole lot more!) and real rental and resale data, including average rents achieved by unit size, average rental yields AND ACHIEVED RESALE VALUES AND PROFITS*. This data is supplied by sister company i-PropertyAssets based on the rents and resales they have achieved on behalf of our clients.
This data replaces the Deal Performance data we used to provide, as it is more accurate and relevant to our investors. If you've invested through Property Secrets, then look out for an email from us over the next few weeks. If you haven't yet invested through Property Secrets then you will find these reports very compelling. Some of the profits achieved are very impressive. You should keep checking the Property Secrets website for details of when these reports will be made available.
Our current deal, Lyulin Bridge, is likely to be the last in Sofia before the summer and it's an excellent opportunity. If you've not yet read the Investment Report then see below for more details.
