Before we get in to this week's news I want to ask you a question. You will no doubt have read or be aware of our auction expert Rob Best's blog Under The Hammer, in which he both discusses the UK property market AND reveals four or five of the best auction bargains he can find.
Well, in today's market buying at a significant discount from distressed sellers or through repossessed property is a sound strategy for the investor who has the means. No wonder then, that Rob's blog is so popular. We'd like to expand on this opportunity by sending a weekly email containing around 20 very real auction bargains to those who sign up. Very much like a Below Market Value property newsletter in fact.
We plan to launch this new weekly auction update in September (there are very few auctions in August), but would like to know what level of interest there might be from you. So we've set up a poll on the Property Secrets website and would like you to answer, quite simply, yes or no as to whether you'd like to receive this email. Give us your answer here.
In other news...
We will soon start delivering our Market Performance Reports to Property Secrets clients, as mentioned in an earlier newsletter. The first, on Slovakia, should be sent early next week and will be rapidly followed by the rest as we complete them. They will be made available to all non-Property Secrets investors to buy very soon also. I know we've had a lot of questions about when these will be issued, so I hope that clears it up for you.
Lastly, our PS Property Classifieds advertising service, also mentioned in an earlier newsletter, is having the last few bugs ironed out and will also launch soon. This will provide you with a low cost, FAST way of selling your properties. More, obviously, when it launches.
