Whether you have one property or several it's always a challenge keeping track of the status of your mortgage(s) and, importantly, when your low interest or fixed rate period ends. As you no doubt know, missing these dates and failing to reorganise your mortgages could cost you hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds.
That's why we have created a simple, effective tool to assist you in keeping up to date with your mortgages. The PS Mortgage Reminder Service is a no cost service that will email you six, three and one months before the date you set for one or all of your mortgages. The set up process is easy:
- Enter a name for your mortgaged property
- Choose the currency of your mortgage (currently GBP only)
- Add any additional information you wish
- Enter the date your low interest/fixed rate period will end
- Select how often you wish to be reminded
- Click the Set Reminder button
It's really is as easy as that. No matter how far into the future it is, we'll email you a reminder that you need to act on the dates you chose. And you can manage all your reminders from your My Account page (make sure you're logged into your Property Secrets account).
