The Property Investor Show is being held at London ExCeL at Docklands and you can find us on Stand 80. i-PortfolioTracker Update For those of you still reading, I'd like to update you on the latest updates to the i-PortfolioTracker property management software, which you can use at no cost remember. This from our Director of Strategy & Analysis Peter Bennett: In response to the feedback we've had, we've added: ability for the you to add contracts, track rent received and payments made across your self-managed properties as well as those managed by agents multi-country support, for those of you who have investment property overseas reporting back of which of your mortgages are within a month of expiry of current offer terms (i.e. ones you should be looking at re-visiting) New things coming in the next fortnight or so include: We've got multi-currency support coming hopefully later this week (for both non-UK agents and non-UK properties) We're acting on a request we've had for support for weekly paid rent (e.g. DSS tenants), so that should be appearing before the end of next week I'll also be having a range of new analysis and charts added towards the back end of next week - charting capital growth etc Other outstanding developments in the short-term pipeline are tracking of more dates in addition to mortgages (e.g. gas safety certificates, electrical safety, energy efficiency etc.) Another request was to store tenants' email addresses so that they can be automatically notified when landlords confirm receipt of rent - an interesting proposal that we think we can add in quite quickly More, I'm sure, to come over the next few weeks and months!
