i-PortfolioTracker Update
Feedback from i-PortfolioTracker (i-PT) users continues to come in and we welcome it. One point that has been made several times by investors with sizeable portfolios is that while they would love to use i-PT, they don't have time to enter the details of all their properties.
It's a valid point and one we recognise. That's why we're offering to do the work for you.
If you send us the details of your properties before the end of October, we'll input the data into i-PT for you, meaning you can start using this fantastic software without the perceived pain of adding all the details yourself.
Here's what you need to do:
- Put together a spreadsheet or similar of all your properties containing at least the following information:
- Your full name
- Property Names (something you will recognise)
- Addresses
- Countries
- Current valuations (estimated)
- Brief descriptions (ie, 1 bed terrace)
- Original Purchase Prices
- Dates of Purchase
- Names of managing/letting agent (if applicable - otherwise we'll assume self managed)
- Email the spreadsheet to us here
- Wait for an email from us confirming your i-PT log in details. This will confirm your properties have been added to i-PT.
Get your information to us before the end of October, and we'll take care of it for you.
