Daily Rates from Currency Solutions

If you visit the Property Secrets homepage now you will see a table on the right hand side listing the 3 Month Libor rates. This is vital information in today's financial climate and, thanks to Currency Solutions, our currency exchange partner, we'll be keeping this up to date on a daily basis for you.

There are plans to extend this to include exchange rates and other relevant data too, providing a one stop shop for all your investment needs, so keep an eye out for further developments here.

i-PortfolioTracker Update

A much-requested addition to the i-PortfolioTracker software this week. As every landlord knows, you must carry out a Gas Safety Inspection every year on all your buy to let properties - but remembering to do so, especially if you have a large portfolio, is not always easy.

Well, now you can use i-PortfolioTracker to set the date your inspection is due on all your properties and forget about it. The software will do the rest, reminding you when your inspections are due both online and via email one month before expiry.
