We've offered up opinion after opinion on the current state of the property and finance markets through our articles, blogs and columns. Now we want to know what you think.

Hopefully you have received our email about the Property Secrets Investment Barometer questionnaire yesterday or earlier today, which asks you to complete an online Q&A session, providing us - and eventually you - with a very real indication of market sentiment and investor opinion.

We intend to publish the results before the New Year, so the more responses we get the better indication the Barometer will give of how your fellow investors are thinking about and reacting to the current climate.

i-PortfolioTracker Update

Nothing new 'live' to update you on this week, but I thought you'd like to know about something we've been working on for i-PortfolioTracker that will give you a clearer view of your investment options in these times of turmoil.

I'll have more details as the development goes on, but in a nutshell the addition to the software will, according to our Director Peter Bennett, "provide tracking and analysis of valuations and capital growth forecasts (with estimates for guide prices on PS investments built in)".
