Th-th-th-that's all, folks! For this year anyway...what now for 2009?

Due to the way dates fall this year, this is the last newsletter of 2008! So may I take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year on behalf of all of us at Visium Group, Property Secrets and i-PropertyAssets. We hope you all have a great holiday and come back raring to go in 2009.

There's an air of excitement about 2009 as we turn our attention to new services and opportunities that we can provide you with. It's true that 2008 has been a tough year for Visium Group and perhaps you too, but we've come through it stronger and more determined to help you get the best out of property investment - it remains the best form of investment there is, of that we are in no doubt.

I know our CEO Neil Lewis has published the first part of his traditional 'End of Year Report', in which he announces what we have planned for 2009 and what we have learned from 2008, so I'll not steal his thunder!

We'll be keeping the Property Secrets website updated over the holiday and, of course, there is our fantastic PRO membership offer for you to take advantage of and save up to 50% up until the end of December - click the banners in this email for more information.
