You need tenants now more than ever - here's how to get 'em

We'll ignore the fact it's Friday the 13th (though you can give us your thoughts on Twitter if you like!) and get right into the news this week.

If you've been lucky there's every chance your mortgage payments on your investment properties are at an all time low and the income from your tenants is making you feel cash rich at the moment, even if you're not happy about the value of your properties. So maximising that revenue should be top of your priority list right now.

Step forward Tony Booth with a fresh look at the UK property market and two articles on making sure you avoid the dreaded voids in today's tough rental market. His Landlord's Clinic also answers a tricky question regarding the Tenancy Deposit Protection legislation, now passing its first year in operation.
