UK house prices recover...BUY, BUY, BUY?
As the Nationwide announces a 0.9% increase in asking prices and the Bank of England reports a 20% increase in mortgage approvals, it looks like we've reached the bottom of the market and are starting our ascent once more...but are we really?
The Nationwide's figure is for ASKING prices - and is only one month. The Bank of England's figure is month on month and again, is only for February.
So what does this apparent upturn mean and more importantly, is now the right time to get into UK property once more? Robin Bowman takes a look in this week's lead article.

The Property Finder Bulletin will be free to join for everyone, but the rest will be PRO-only content, so if you're still a Lite member you might want to consider upgrading now to make sure you have access to everything as soon as it becomes available.
Investment services going from strength to strength
Our investment services - Property Sourcing, Portfolio Reviews and Investment Surveys - are becoming more and more popular with several clients now on board. We're working with them to increase the profitability of their property investments right now.
