It's been a busy past few months for the PS team with website changes, our continuing support of developments in Central & Eastern Europe and our great UK deals attracting a lot of interest.

Our plans for 2010 are to continually improve all services we provide with more content on our website, more support to our overseas Investors and more great new deals for you.

We have teams in place now in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Romania and have added Hungary to the equation as well as offering support elsewhere in other Investing hot-spots. We offer financial advice, property management, tenant find, resale valuations, buying & completion support and much more on your investments and are happy to deal with new & existing clients.

Our UK team offers you a number of great 'hands off' deals with positive cashflow! At the moment we see the UK as a safe haven for investing and we can provide our own in house management teams in the North East and South Wales where there is a high rental demand.

So plenty to offer, plenty to look forward to and plenty of support available to you at all times.

We are also offering one-to-one consultations from January with Alan Forsyth available at the following venue and dates

• London Thur 14th January
• Birmingham Thur 21st January
• Manchester Thur 28th January
• Glasgow Thur 4th February
• Leeds Thur 11th February

Our office is closing midday Wednesday 23rd December for the winter break, but will re-open in the New Year on Monday 4th December at 9am.
