I have a busy month lined with over 30 investors booked in for free One to One consultations in January!

As you will have seen we recommend investing in the UK currently in properties between £70-120,000 giving positive cashflow and in affordable areas of the UK!

Why do we go for these?

Firstly they have worked for us....!

I own over 80 properties in the UK - with an average value of £80,000.  Cashflow wise they work well, and they have seen good growth over the last 6-7 years.

While many other companies promoted city centre apartments over the last 4 years, we have always stuck with tried and tested terraced and semi detached properties with proven rental and resale history.

We can let these out unfurnished, and to local families.  Many of my tenants have been in place for over 4 years, so no voids....!

Low mortgage payments of around £200-300 a month.

Several re-sale routes - to other investors, first time buyers and local families.

So we will always look for areas where house prices are around 3-4 times the local salaries.  Several areas of the UK are still around 6-7 times the local salaries, even with prices around 10% off the peak prices.
