Under Czech law, if an individual owner is collecting rent from the rental of a Czech property, they must file a tax return in Czech Republic.

The upcoming Property Tax Registration deadline for all properties where a new owner was registered in the Land Registry in 2009 is January 31, 2010.

We are happy to send this form off to all of those who it bares relevance. Although we must warn you the document is written in Czech and may be difficult to understand for those that don't know the language.

To compensate this, Czech Point 101 are offering to complete and send off your Registration form to the appropriate Financial Office with copy of power of attorney for a one off fee of 1500 CZK + VAT.
