Why Scotland?

Our very own Alan Forsyth may be from there but that has no relevance to why Investing in Scotland is such a great idea!

Primarily, house prices have always been very affordable in Scotland. If we look at Glasgow, the biggest city in Scotland, with the UK average it compares very well!

  • Glasgow Average: £130,000
  • UK Average: £175,000

With salaries in Glasgow comparing very well with other UK salaries - around £22,000, this shows the houses on average are far more affordable than the majority of the UK.

The other big attraction is average rents. Scottish rents compare very well with the rest of the UK - meaning excellent yields!
