Hopefully you saw the newsletter last week about our first presentation in London of the year this Wednesday March 31st!

If you have considered investing with us, or have already and have not met us yet, this is a fantastic opportunity to do this!

We have had a fantastic response already this year to our new opportunities with 3-4 new clients reserving properties with us every week.

Some of the speakers on Wednesday will be:

Alan Forsyth – with over 80 properties himself, and a full time investor for 7 years, concentrating on cashflow, he has been considered an expert for several years writing monthly for leading property magazines Hot Property Alert, Property Auction News and Your Property Network.  He will discuss why we target certain, affordable areas of the UK both for themselves and investors.

Alex Ward – an Overseas property expert who was so impressed with the opportunities in Istanbul that he moved out there 5 years ago!  With an in depth knowledge of the property market in Turkey and as impressive a list of contacts on the ground as you can get, he is our expert on the ground for our Istanbul opportunities.

John Davies – considered by many to be one of the Lease Option experts in the UK, John has a wealth of experience in property and finance.  A director of http://www.hedge-capitaloptions.co.uk John will be explaining why lease options are now a crucial tool for any property investor looking to maximise the returns in the UK – he will also explain what can go wrong if you do use the correct paperwork!

Our Portfolio Development Managers will also be in attendance, discussing individual investors strategies and helping, where required, formulate the best plans for you going forward!
