Over the last month we have already seen steady movement on the real estate market. The first quarter of 2010 has reported a decrease of 1.3% overall in property prices over the year before. Initially we had been expecting a jump in demand for real estate due to some pent-up demand being fulfilled in second quarter of 2010 but there have been a few factors which have squashed this. We had an excellent day on our Sourcing Masterclass day in London, with some very positive feedback, and some excellent information shared by our full time sourcers!

We already have several people taking the first steps to sourcing their own deals after this day! It was great to see so many people keen to take action, and take control of their investing and indeed their overall futures! Our sourcers showed them step by step how to market for leads, and then sourcer their own deals!

Lead Generating - Buy your own Leads!

While the majority of our investors want deals fully packaged up, negotiated and ready to go straight away - which is what our team of sourcers continue to do around the UK each day, I know some prefer to do the negotiations themselves directly with the vendors in their local areas.

There are some companies out there that sell leads where you can direct contact with distressed vendors in your own local area. If you have the experience speaking to vendors and accurately working out market values, plus have a strong local team then this can be an excellent option for you.

We have now agreed a deal with one of the largest national online lead generating companies to supply leads to individuals wanting to expand in their territories.

You would pay a set amount per lead in your region, so for instance you may want to take every lead in Glasgow or Sheffield and Doncaster, or the whole of Lancashire.
