CEE Mortgages Uncovered Latest

In response to the frustration experienced by Property Secrets investors in obtaining finance for their investment properties, we have held preliminary meetings with several banks and brokers in Poland in a bid to obtain better services on your behalf.

We are seeking your help in order for us to negotiate with carefully selected banks and brokers, firstly in Poland but with the intention of moving into other markets.

To enable us to do this we need to know your experiences with obtaining finance in all the markets Property Secrets has sourced deals in so that we can take your concerns and problems back to the banks and brokers to get them addressed where possible and help them to provide you with much improved products and service.

This information will be used to aid our negotiations when we return to Poland in just a few weeks time to further the discussions. Remember, this is all to help you gain easier access to mortgage products so you can fund your Property Secrets investments.
