Bucharest, Romania: Back in Bucharest as it is a market we strongly believe in and back for Phase 2 of a development that was well received last time. More information to come during the month.

Brno, Czech Republic: We're looking at an opportunity in Brno right now as the Czech Republic is bouncing back and it would be wrong to assume that Prague is the only place to invest.

Investment Property Performance
How your Property Secrets investments have performed for you is obviously vital and we're proud of our track record in sourcing the best deals in the hottest property markets. Our Research & Analysis team spends a lot of time tracking the list prices of the developments we have brought to you and we've now published that data online for you to use.

Under the 'Investments' dropdown menu on the Property Secrets website you will now find 'Investment Performance'. From here you can view the performance of almost all developments that are six or more months beyond launch, grouped by city.

While we endeavour to bring you the most accurate data we can at all times, it should be noted that this data is intended as a guide only and we cannot guarantee its accuracy as it is sourced from a wide range of local partners and developers.

CEE Mortgages Uncovered Latest

We've had a good response to our Mortgage Survey so far, and we intend to publish our findings soon. However, we need more of those who have invested through Property Secrets to complete the survey. We strongly urge those of you who have yet to complete this survey to do so - in the long run, it will help you finance your investments and we can't publish any results until we have enough information!

For those who may have missed what this is about, in response to the frustration experienced by Property Secrets investors in obtaining finance for their investment properties, we have held preliminary meetings with several banks and brokers in Poland in a bid to obtain better services on your behalf.

We are seeking your help in order for us to negotiate with carefully selected banks and brokers, firstly in Poland but with the intention of moving into other markets.

To enable us to do this we need to know your experiences with obtaining finance in all the markets Property Secrets has sourced deals in so that we can take your concerns and problems back to the banks and brokers to get them addressed where possible and help them to provide you with much improved products and service.

This information will be used to aid our negotiations when we return to Poland in just a few weeks time to further the discussions. Remember, this is all to help you gain easier access to mortgage products so you can fund your Property Secrets investments.
