“Obtaining the right deal for our investors can often be a tricky business and sometimes, some of the deals we source don’t go to launch. We have a team dedicated to researching markets and carrying out thorough due diligence and we don’t run a deal unless we think it is a real deal and will work best for our investors. A deal can be real for a number of reasons; it’s in the right price and under current market value; it’s in the best location in terms of capital growth and rental potential; the contracts that we’ve negotiated with the developers fit with our company policies and procedures; and the payment terms are right for our investors. In May alone, I must have worked on deals with at least 20 developers in Poland, Romania and Czech Republic and we cherry picked two of the best - Blizne Park in Warsaw and Platinum Towers II, simply due to the fact that they worked. At Property Secrets, we act on behalf of our investors and strive to provide them with the best possible deals to maximise their capital growth potential. We will never compromise this fundamental principal in order to gain company profit.”
