UK property prices to rise by 40% in 5 years!
My most recent port of call on my trip round New Europe was Varna on the Bulgarian coast. I didn't think it was likely to be a nominee for the 200% Club, but I did want to see if our warnings over the last few years about buying on the coastal investment - especially the Bulgarian coast - were proving to be valid. Mortgage & Stamp Duty Calculators

To make things far simpler and easier for those considering their next (or first!) investment property, we have added both a Mortgage Calculator and a Stamp Duty Calculator to the Property Secrets website.

To use the Mortgage Calculator you simply key in your required loan amount, the number of years over which you wish to borrow and the interest rate you have or expect to obtain and click calculate.
