Which UK town has it all for property investors? And which German one doesn't...
I posted my last blog entry (just for a little while) this week, as my trip around New Europe brought me to Sofia in Bulgaria. We have, as a company, warned against investing in Bulgaria - on the coast at least - for a good while, but is Sofia now ticking the right boxes for us? You can read my view in full here, but I reckon it just might now be worth looking at. Propert ySecrets certainly is and we hope to offer our first opportunity to you there very soon...
