Be aware of tenant scams and a 'Euro round-up'...
I'd like to start this week's newsletter by welcoming Richard Burton to the board of Property Secrets. On August 20th, Richard joined the board as our new Director of Communications. Richard will be responsible for helping us to provide you with an enhanced experience by ensuring our communications are effective, our people are accessible and that our members and investors have the information they need, when they need it.

Richard joins us from Ernst & Young where he held the position of Global Marketing and Communications Director for their fast growth business division and brings with him a wealth of experience of how clear and timely communications can add real value to our clients.

This is a key appointment for us and clearly demonstrates our on going commitment to providing a high quality service to our investors and make dealing with Property Secrets an even more enjoyable experience!

A combination of good capital growth and great rental potential is characteristic of the current Warsaw market. Added to this, a fantastic location, at the right price, long completion time and great payment terms, this deal is perfect for any property investor’s portfolio.
