Czech house prices down by 5.5% in Q2

According to the figures released today by the Czech Statistical Office, house prices in the country dropped by 5.5% in Q2 2009 compare to the previous quarter. That was the second quarter-on-quarter fall in a row.
House prices in Prague fell by 4.5%, while in other regions they decreased by up to 6.3%.
According to the real estate agency Lexxus, house prices are currently at the level seen in January 2008, which translates into some 7% drop.
