Trafford Press

The first bricks have been laid at the Trafford Press development. All the steel frames are in place and construction of the development is on schedule. The developer is looking forward to handing over our sold out apartments to investors very soon.

Units on this site sold out very quickly due to the sites ideal location and proximity to Manchester City Centre, Salford Quays and the Trafford Centre. This modern development incorporates the remains of a grade 2 listed facade making this a very unique architectural construction that will be a local landmark.

Montgomery House

Clients who have invested on the Montgomery house development will be happy to know that the communal rooms have already been decorated with neutral tones and beautifully finished flooring. The gardens have been pruned and cut and about half of the rooms have been decorated as well. The contractors a well on track to completing on schedule in time for this coming academic year.
