Cyprus Property
Cyprus property provides diverse opportunities for property investment. Firstly, there is the property market in the politically isolated and potentially unstable North and the more settled South.
In addition, there is the choice between coastal and capital city in the South. Cyprus' coastal property market appears to be fairly stagnant at the moment but has the potential for growth in the future.
Nicosia , however, has the advantage of being both a sun and city investment and benefits from a lack of available building land. Demand for new build property, therefore, is high while supply is limited. Capital growth in the Nicosia property market is good.
The North of Cyprus, meanwhile, may offer investment opportunities in the near future as tensions between the North and the South appear to be easing.

It's the part you never hear about from the likes of A Place in the Sun, or from those friendly smiling people at 'Ready to Buy on The Coast' or 'Holiday Investments in Spain' ....But, believe me, any serious holiday destination investor needs to be aware of the Achilles' Heel problem.
