It's been a while since you last published any market reports and I don't see why you can't provide this to your clients who aren't interested in selling.

My previous experience of valuation/rental figures producedby PS has been that they never seem to stand up to scrutiny. Almost two years ago I was in repeated correspondence with PS about incorrect valuation figures being used to help promote their sales:

e.g. having purchased two units in Pelikan I was very happy to see a PS update claiming they had gone up in value by 122%, less happy when I tried to sell one to find that the reality was about 20% or 0% after taking into account purchase and sale costs. I then looked more closely into the claims made for my other units and found that their updates also greatly overestimated the sales growth.

Recent figures don't seem to be any more reliable:

e.g. the recent rental yield figures, covered three of my units apparently they are returning a 5 to 6% yield, the reality is despite being mortgage free they are only just breaking even.

In short, I have little or no confidence in any figures produced by PS, even less when vague claims are made without any of the details necessary the check their accuracy.

However, I would be very interested in seeing comprehensive sales information. I spent a long time asking for this but have long since accepted that PS don't think it is their interest to provide this - I suppose knowing many (most?) PS investors have lost money wouldn't do much for business.

I have recently had a prelim sale agreement signed for my Westland Court unit. I've been using Leach & Lang as sales agents and their service has been first class.

The reality when you try to sell a property before completion is very different from the reality of selling a property after having 100% ownership of it. As well as trying to get a good ROI in a short term investment in the current market is highly impossible.

The figures provided in the article are the exact selling price amounts of transactions conducted within the last 3 months.

As my colleague Ben stated in previous post, the Market Performance Reports are presented to our clients approximately every 6 months.
