Lagera Tulip is located in the Lagera district just five minutes drive from the city centre. This district is an established residential area. The majority of the buildings were built in the 1960s and there are very few new-build developments in the district. The Lagera district was also a former industrial area in the city.
These industrial brownfield sites are now being targeted by developers as building plots become ever scarcer in the city.
Two major developments are currently under construction in Lagera, including the Akropolis development which will include the largest shopping centre in the city centre, as well as the highest office block in the country as part of the Europe Park Sofia development.
