Oak Terraces has proved a very lucrative investment for Property Secrets' clients who purchased in Phase One as their investment has grown by an estimated 40% in just seven months. But there is still a very healthy margin to be made again at Phase Two of Oak Terraces as we estimate a 40% increase in capital growth before completion. And with a further 30% predicted the following year – Katowice is THE place to invest in Poland right now.

Although the first phase of Oak Terraces represented capital growth of an estimated 40% in just seven months, with a projected annualised growth of 69%, the second phase still represents a significant growth opportunity with a projected 30% capital growth in the first year.

This time, on Phase Two we have secured a wider range of units ranging from studio units through to three bed apartments which means a lower level entry of PLN230,740 (£39,109) compared to Phase One which had an entry level of PLN322,910 (£55,651).

It may seem a game of diminishing returns but what the second phase of Oak Terraces offers is a second chance to take advantage of a very well priced development in a good, central location with a ready market. There is less risk as an investor as the local demand for the development is already proven.

Already, based on the current performance, we predict that when Phase Three is released its prices will be at least another 20% higher than the current phase two prices.

This is one of the largest new build projects of its kind in Katowice, in a central location just on the outskirts of the city centre, with excellent transport links. The timing of the development ties in with the regeneration of the city centre which will have a very modern and open design. Crucially, Oak Terraces is ideally placed to take advantage of the extra workers and office staff who will be moving into the redeveloped city to take up jobs in the new offices and dedicated business centre.

25 units are reserved for Property Secrets’ investor clients and include three studios, seven 1-beds, eleven 2-beds and four 3-bed units in the second phase of the development with two further phases yet to be released. There are a total of 258 units in the entire development.
